In case you're new to Things, this is the essential work process:

1. Gather Your Thoughts

Get things off your brain rapidly with Things' activity augmentation – it gives you a chance to make to-dos from different applications. Or, then again simply converse with Siri on any gadget ("Remind me to...") and import from Reminders.

2. Get Organized

Make a venture for each of your objectives, then add the means to contact them. For clearness, include structure with headings. At that point gather your undertakings by regions of obligation, for example, "Family", "Work", or "Wellbeing". Survey these frequently to remain in control.

3. Arrange Your Time

See your schedule occasions nearby your to-dos and plan your time successfully. Make rehashing to-dos for things you do each couple of days, weeks, or months – Things will remind you on the correct day.

4. Capitalize on Your Day

Each morning, get an espresso and set up your rundown for "Now": survey beforehand wanted to-dos and settle on speedy choices on what to handle. Pick some more strides from your undertakings and after that go ahead. The Today rundown is the main place you'll have to search for whatever is left of the day.

5. Redo Your Workflow

Utilize labels to arrange your to-dos or include setting. For instance, label places like "Office" or "Home", or label every one of your "Errands", or all that you're taking a shot at with "Kate". You can without much of a stretch find all that you've labeled by means of separating or pursuit.

1. It remains out of your way.

As you begin utilizing Things, you'll rapidly see how flawlessly every one of the elements fit together to give you an uncluttered, centered ordeal. There are no superfluous laces. No futile tricks or pointless controls. Truth be told, you'll barely see the application – it's simply you and your to-dos.

2. Everything spins around your to-dos.

In Things, each of your to-dos are uncommon. In a rundown, they just demonstrate a checkbox and the title of your to-do. In any case, when you open them, they stretch out into a lovely white bit of paper that is prepared to hold your considerations. Extra points of interest (agendas, labels, updates, due date) are pleasantly concealed in the corner until you require them.

3. It has a touch of enchantment.

Things expels contact in mysterious ways. Take the new Magic Plus Button that gives you a chance to embed to-dos at wherever in a rundown – essentially by means of simplified. Or, on the other hand the simplicity at which you can multi-select and work on many to-dos without a moment's delay. Or, on the other hand the common dialect date parser: simply sort "tomorrow", "in 4 days", or "next Wednesday", and it will bounce to all the correct conclusions.

What's New in Version 3.0.2
Things has been completely rebuilt, with excellent new features and a beautiful new design. Here’s what’s new on the iPhone:

How it looks, how it works, and how it feels – Things has been completely redesigned, with more clarity, improved workflows, better structure, and delightful animations. It’s a to-do list like no other.

It’s so much easier to handle your projects now that you can break them up with headings. Use them to create categories, milestones, or whatever you need.

Some things take several steps to complete but don’t require a full-blown project. So we now have Checklists, which help you break down the finer details of a to-do. Use them for shopping lists, when packing your bag for a trip, or to detail a process at work so you won’t miss a critical step.

Editing your lists on iOS now comes with lots of power, and no friction. Swipe to-dos to multi-select them, then edit them all at once: set their date, move them to another list, or tap and drag the group together.

Finally, a versatile way to insert a to-do right where you want it! Just drag the magical button with your finger and let go. You can also drag it toward the left margin in a project to create a Heading, or drop a new item to your inbox from any other list.

Display calendar events alongside your to-dos and stay on top of your schedule. They will show at the top of your Today list, and for each day in Upcoming, where you plan the week ahead.

Working with dates is super easy with the new When selector. Simply swipe on any to-do to bring it up, then quickly choose when you want to start: Today, a later date, or it on hold in Someday.

The When Selector has a magical ingredient: Natural Language Recognition. It smartly detects what you’re typing to work out what you mean... “Tom(orrow)”, “Sat(urday)”, “in fou(r days)”, “Au(gust 1)”. As you can see, it jumps to all the right conclusions.

Once you’ve made your plan, the Today list is your go-to place for all daily activities. Calendar events now display at the top, giving an outline of your schedule. Your to-dos follow, with a discrete section at the bottom called This Evening for things you’ll get to later in the day.

Plan your week ahead with the new Upcoming list. It shows everything on your agenda for the coming days: scheduled to-dos, repeating to-dos, deadlines, and calendar events. A quick peek at this list is all it takes to stay on top of your schedule.

One of Things’ most-requested features is now here: time-based reminders! You can add a reminder by typing (natural language recognition), or just speak to Siri. For those to-dos you absolutely cannot miss, reminders will give you peace of mind.

Search and navigation in Things is now extremely fast, with Quick Find. All you need to do is swipe down in any list and start typing – the name of a project, to-do, or tag – and instantly you’re taken there. It’s magic!

Just search for the name of any tag to pull up an app-wide filter. It shows all items with that tag across all your projects and areas. It’s a fantastically versatile way to view your to-dos.

Projects are now shown directly under their areas to keep everything tidy. Each one also has a progress indicator that shows just how close you are to achieving your goal
